Integrations
Connect in minutes. No admin. No IT ticket.
A secure single-user consent flow gets you productive without organisation-wide grants. Scoped API keys, outbound webhooks, and built-in RBAC handle the rest of the stack.
8 steps
Guided onboarding
Sign-up to fully connected environment in a single guided flow
Read-only metadata
Never content
Metadata only across counterparties, direction, and timing. Content is never read or stored
RBAC + SSO
Four roles
Super Admin, Admin, Member, Viewer with permission-gated actions and a full members and invites flow
Connect your environment without raising a ticket
A secure single-user consent flow gets you productive in minutes. No org-wide admin consent, no IT ticket, no procurement cycle. When you are ready to expand, the Coverage Simulator visualises projected gains across discovery, signal coverage, and dependency mapping.
- ·Single-user consent, no organisation-wide admin grant required
- ·Read-only access to metadata only, never content
- ·Guided onboarding from sign-up through first signal
- ·Coverage Simulator for the org-wide upgrade path when you are ready
Plug into your security stack with scoped keys and webhooks
API key management lives in Settings with named scopes, one-time secret reveal, and a destructive-confirmation revoke flow. Outbound webhooks deliver events to SIEM, ticketing, chat, or any internal system, wired through the same Rules Engine that fires email alerts.
- ·Named API keys with read / write / admin scopes and one-time secret reveal
- ·Keys table with last-used date, status, and confirmed revoke action
- ·Outbound webhooks (URL, POST/PUT, configurable headers) for SIEM and chat tools
- ·Usage transparency: API quota, storage, integrations, retention policy in Settings
Manage your team with built-in RBAC
Four roles cover the spectrum: Super Admin, Admin, Member, Viewer. The permission matrix gates settings, team management, billing, and API key management. Invite, resend, revoke, and remove flows live in the same place, with read-only hints for users without management permissions.
- ·Four-role RBAC: Super Admin, Admin, Member, Viewer
- ·Permission matrix across settings, team, billing, and API keys
- ·Members and Invites tables with role picker, resend, and revoke
- ·Workspace-level billing, plan, and invoice history in one place

FAQs
Common questions
No. The connection flow uses single-user secure consent and only needs the individual user's approval. No org-wide admin grant is required for a single seat.
Metadata only. Counterparties, direction, timing, and attachment counts. The integration never reads or stores content, and the consent scope is set to enforce that.
Outbound webhooks. Configure a URL, choose POST or PUT, add any headers you need, and wire it up through the Rules Engine. Every delivery writes to the execution audit log so you can see what fired and when.
Use the Coverage Simulator from the onboarding flow. It visualises projected gains in discovery, risk signal coverage, and dependency mapping at the org-wide tier so you can make the case for the upgrade with real numbers.
