3. Supply Chains

Our supply chains include IT services, cyber security providers, recruitment agencies, contractors, and office support services. We recognise potential risks associated with indirect labour supply and mitigate these through due diligence and supplier engagement.

4. Policies and Governance

Our commitment to preventing modern slavery is reflected in our Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, and Supplier Expectations. These documents set out our zero-tolerance approach and ethical standards.

5. Due Diligence

We apply proportionate, risk-based due diligence when engaging suppliers and contractors, including contractual safeguards and compliance confirmations.

6. Risk Assessment

Risk assessments consider supplier geography, sector exposure, and labour practices, with enhanced scrutiny applied where appropriate.

7. Effectiveness and KPIs

No modern slavery incidents were identified during the reporting period. Compliance is monitored through training completion and supplier reviews.

8. Training

Relevant employees receive modern slavery awareness training as part of induction and ongoing compliance activities.

9. Continuous Improvement

We will continue to enhance supplier oversight, training coverage, and governance alignment with recognised standards including ISO 27001 and ISO 27701.
